Random Thoughts On Recruiting – The Week That Was

We’re busy.  No doubt about it.  From what I hear from others that is the norm in the industry right now and it feels more normal.  This week we had good job flow and lots of normal activity from interviews to offers.

The level of activity is showing some consistency so I’m getting more and more comfortable.  We still see jobs in a wide variety of industries and at all levels.  From our conversations with clients and prospective clients, I expect this to continue.  We had a turn down on a real solid offer this week.  I wasn’t shocked, but we couldn’t do anything to turn this one around.  That happens, and it happens more when conditions are good.  So I guess this is a good sign.
