What Doesn’t Matter In Recruiting

Things continue to heat up in recruiting. By all accounts, desired talent is harder and harder to find.

Not surprisingly, hiring managers continue to say that the number one thing they want from recruiting is the right candidate. What doesn’t matter is how you find them.

More reports out recently show how successful recruiting from job boards still is. There are all sorts of opinions about various methods of recruiting, both good and bad. But the hiring manager doesn’t care if you cold called a competitor or ran into the right candidate in a PTA meeting, as long as you found them.
