Shared Frustration

We hear more and more lately that it is increasingly difficult to find qualified candidates. There is a talent gap, we hear.

Career­Builder’s find­ings. The com­pa­ny says 31 per­cent of employ­ers report not being to find qual­i­fied employ­ees to fill open jobs. That’s up from the 24 per­cent who said that last year.

The frustration is there for hiring managers, HR, internal recruiting, and external recruiting. The talent gap is not that qualified candidates don’t exist. It’s that there are not enough of them to fill everyone’s need.

The key to winning this war is having greater reach than the others who have the same needs.
