Skinning Cats

I’ve had some interesting conversations lately with people who do things differently than I do.  That’s healthy for an industry.  There are a lot of ways to skin a cat.

The real key is, what’s your business?  What do you provide for your clients, and is it of value?  Every entrepreneur, and therefore every recruiter, should have a vision of what they want their business to be.  Modeling other businesses and parts of other businesses can be tremendously valuable, but be skeptical and determine what works for you and fits your vision.
