Failing Correctly

Smart business people learn from failure. Recruiters get more opportunity to fail than just about anyone else. When you think about it, every deal is either a placement or a failure.

To fail correctly you need to do it quickly, inexpensively, and you need to learn from it. Much of the time the learning is barely noticed if noticed at all. It is experience that sinks in and changes future behavior. The important thing is, it makes you better and more efficient.
