Turning On A Dime

September 4, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

Small is good and when you are small you can turn on a dime.

Of course it’s best when the turn is positive. Small doesn’t mean little business, it means small in structure, small in overhead. Today you can be small and powerful. That wasn’t the case before.

Recruiters experience this more than most. Overhead, size, and old brand get you just about nothing these days in recruiting with all the extra costs.
