Don’t Hold On

September 21, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

‘When you do something, you should burn yourself up completely, like a good bonfire, leaving no trace of yourself.’ ~Shunryu Suzuki-roshi

I read an interesting blog recently about work that contained this quote. The quote is suggesting that you shouldn’t hold on to you work. Do the work for work’s sake, to do it well, but then let go.

Great advice for those of us in recruiting. Focus on doing great work and let the results take care of themselves.
