As a recruiter, how much should you coach your candidates? Many will disagree, but the answer is not much.

A recruiter’s job is not to help a candidate land a certain position, it’s to help their client find the employee they need. Giving some basic advice to a candidate is one thing, but when you cross that line to where you are dressing them up as something other than what they are, that’s a problem.

    BINGO!!! This is so true, and exactly the opposite training being covered with the BIG FIRMS, who taint our reputation…..
