What’s your strategy? Many recruiters don’t have one, and that’s a problem.

You can be great at business development, or great at sourcing, or great at any number of other activities key to recruiting but if all you do is haphazardly do these things then you’ll limit your level of success.

Strategy is very important before implementing any plan . So the most important one is to have HR demand forecast i.e the process of estimating the future quantity and quality of people required and then HR supply forecast which determines whether the HR department will be able to acquire required number of employees. Job Analysis is also equally important . Must follow Human Resource Planning and Recruitment process if we are into hiring.
