Short Reach

November 2, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

Don’t know why this person wouldn’t have applied directly. They are basically right next door.

A client told me this the other day. But reach is not about location. It’s about the whole pool and who you are able to engage in that pool. There are an infinite number of factors impacting why someone has not engaged with a particular company or opportunity and those factors are always changing.

That’s why recruiting processes continuously expand reach.
