Sour Grapes

Every once in a while we hear from a candidate ripping a client and telling us how terrible they are and how they would never consider working for them.

Generally this is just sour grapes resulting from a specific experience they or someone they know had. Unless it happens frequently regarding a certain company, it’s best to ignore it as a recruiter. It’s not a recruiter’s job to run their client’s business and giving relevance to one person’s sour grapes will keep you from running your business.
