Employee Engagement is widely held as a key ingredient to the success of an organization.

The secret to high employee engagement is to hire engaged people. It’s true. Better to put your energy and resources into finding and attracting the engaged than to try and engage the unengaged.

    There seems to be a fallacy in your argument. Since the people have not yet been hired, how can they be engaged with a company?
