A good recruiting process fills the pipeline with potential hires. Some of this is done naturally by interviewing good people, doing it well, and communicating even when it doesn’t result in a hire.

The ability to go back to good candidates that were previously interviewed when another role surfaces is incredibly valuable. Companies that are conscious of this gain a tremendous advantage by keeping their recruiting process running.
