Technological Overload

Technology has had an incredible impact on recruiting over the last 15 years. Just a few years ago I remember talking with a recruiter who was still using paper resumes and fax. You can’t keep up at that pace.

However, we now have so many apps for business, sales, and recruiting along with apps and programs for other related business activities that technological overload is a bigger problem. Despite what some in recruiting technology might hope for, technology will never be able to handle it all. There are wonderful tools available to improve recruiting, but they are tools and should be used as such. To build the most efficient process possible.
