When Everybody Can Connect

When everybody can connect, the challenge is attention and motivation. You don’t have to do anything to recruit the motivated candidate that wants to work for you. They will come to you.

It’s the candidate that may be open to working for you but isn’t motivated to pursue it that is the real challenge. Great recruiting finds ways to reach and engage those candidates. It’s not the ability to connect, it’s the use of the ability to connect that makes the difference.
