Just Because It Didn’t Work, Doesn’t Mean It Doesn’t

Recruiting is dynamic with lots of moving parts.

So when something didn’t work once, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. The same good process used at different times will produce different results. The same goes for different places. New candidates enter the pool. Hiring managers’ perspectives change. Attention is fleeting. One day it’s not there, but the next day it is.

Processes need to be good…..and then they need to be worked…..and worked again….and again.
