Compounding Value

Experience has compounding value in recruiting. You don’t just get a little better with experience, you get a lot better.

You don’t realize it while it’s happening, but because there are so many moving parts in recruiting you are becoming more efficient at many things as you experience them. The more efficient you are at developing, recognizing, writing job orders, choosing sources, sourcing, discarding, pursuing……the more you are able to expand reach and the more positions you are able to fill.
