When The Work Is Done

It’s counterproductive to worry when the work is done.

You do great work, source, present, and follow-up. As the hiring manager decides whether this is who he wants on his team, or the candidate decides if the move is for her, it’s time to move on and do more productive work.

Sure you have to stay on top of things and make sure you are there to help if needed, but mental gymnastics are a waste of valuable time and keep you from making placements.
