Needs, Not Wants
Recruiting is not about wants. It’s about needs.
And there’s a big difference. You may want to make hires, or do certain things with your business, or reach some goals. Hiring can be about wants. But hiring managers reach out to recruiters when it is a need.
The need to stay in business. The need to grow to the next level. To improve the business. To serve the customers of the business.
If it was just about wants, it wouldn’t be so important.
