Process Extension

A good recruiting process is one that regularly gets the job done. Your process should be built so it most efficiently fills most of your needs.

But what happens when it doesn’t get it done? At that point you need to extend your process. This doesn’t mean you have to change it permanently, just at the time for that extra push. These days, extending the process does not cost much in time or dollars. Most importantly, it doesn’t have to be permanent, so extending when necessary is always worth it.
