Control and Impact

Recruiters always want to control things that we can’t. The world is a far more random place than we want to accept.

So most things are outside of our direct control. But they aren’t outside of our impact. As we look at our goals and objectives, it is better to look at what we can do to impact things, not control them.

Do great work that has an impact on overall performance and results and accept how things play out.
