Major Impact

Most positions do not have to be recruited for. Even internally, while you may work on all hires in the process, you don’t have to recruit for most of them.

The major impact though, comes from the positions that need to be recruited. The key roles that the company can’t go without, and that need specific talent, and the best talent that can be brought in, they require strong recruiting.

When you look at a successful company, you can look at all of the basic hires in recent years and those hires are very replaceable. When you look at all of the hires that required recruiting, they will be far fewer but they will have had an enormous impact on the success of the business.
