Reputation Matters

As recruiters, we want to work for companies with good reputations.

A recruiter’s pitch is not what is going to attract a desired candidate. The reputation of the employer is. A good explanation of the opportunity is important. Good interviews and a solid presentation of the company and career path are big too. But a bad reputation will keep you from getting started or kill things during the process.

So reputations must be constantly built and taken care of and every action has an impact.
