Hiring processes are built on the probability of a good hire.

There is no guarantee of a good hire no matter what your process is, so the game is to create a process that makes the right hires most likely.

The amount of time your process takes is a factor. Whether you test or not, how many interviews in the process, how many interviewers need to say yes, the tools you use to expand reach…….these all have an impact on the probability. Improving the process directly improves the business.
