Filter

Part of our job as recruiters is to filter out noise for the hiring manager.

Noise comes in various forms. Candidates that are somewhat close but can’t be the hire are classic noise. Spin. Distractions. Anything that wastes time. Too much noise and you get turned off.

Tighten the filter enough to eliminate as much of the noise as possible without cutting out the right potential hires.
