Insanity

Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

In recruiting this is not true. Far too often recruiters will run their process and if not easily finding appropriate candidates they move on. That’s fine and if your process and networks are strong you will fill jobs. However, far more jobs are filled when processes are run over and over again and networks are pushed.

In this case, insanity is not doing it over and over again.
