A recruiter who consistently presents candidates who fit what the hiring manager is looking for gains attention and trust. One who regularly presents candidates who don’t fit breaks trust down and creates doubt and skepticism going forward.

Consistently providing a good experience for the person you are dealing with builds trust and creates successful situations which breed more success.
