Perfect Metrics

Everyone in business wants to break things down to metrics, to a formula that always works. We want to give the hiring manager three candidates and one is hired.

But the world is messy and doesn’t work on the same formula for all situations. Every search is different and if you are trying to force the hiring manager to live with your metrics then you are not putting their needs first.
