Passive Problem

The problem with passive candidates is that they are passive, meaning they don’t want to make a change. The right fit is not someone you have to change or offer the moon to in order to land them.

The right fit is someone with the right qualifications and who is open to the change. It’s easy to fall into the trap of seeing candidates as Active or Passive. Either looking to make a change or not open to a change. Most of the time, neither of those are the right fit. Qualified and open to a change is.
