Mayhem
We would love all searches to be organized. Systematic efforts designed to bring in the right candidates and make the best hire possible.
Reality is that most searches are disorganized. The pressure is generally on and the effort is significant but scattered. As recruiters, we need to organize the effort as much as possible, but that has to be done on the run. Organized mayhem beats disorganized mayhem.
