Clear Eyes

Commitment to a process feels good. It takes the pressure off to know we are doing things the best way possible.

Best way to source, to develop business, to train, or to run things. We may have learned the “right way” to do things a long time ago. But things change. At the other end of the spectrum we can become obsessed with change, altering processes so much that nothing has a chance to really work.

It’s better to have commitment and clear eyes. Keep doing what works, but have a realistic vision of how it is working so we can tweak and change based on performance.
