Not A Candidate

…until things change. A candidate is not a candidate if they aren’t open to the idea of a change.

But that changes. All the time. If you recruit a strong candidate that would improve the business and they aren’t interested, you need to give them space and be on their side. The key is to be there when they are ready, and that can happen on any given day.
