Open Doors

We see more examples, day after day, of people in the recruiting process doing a good job of keeping doors open. Unfortunately we see others who don’t, and that’s too bad.

Candidate, hiring manager, recruiter, or HR pro…..keeping doors open regularly builds strength. The candidate that can call a former boss, the recruiter or HR professional that can call back a previous candidate, the hiring manager that leaves a candidate with a positive feeling regardless of the result. This is good business. You can build it or tear it down. The choice should be easy.
