Controlled Numbers

Numbers work. There is no denying it. More jobs, more candidates, more sales, more hits, more touchdowns. Doesn’t matter what you are trying to do. More wins.

But more can get out of control. Uncontrolled, more can lead to shortcuts or even breaking rules and that’s where the wheels come off. Good numbers don’t get out of control. It’s about doing great numbers within the right framework.
