Supportive Environments

September 2, 2013 Leave a comment Go to comments

Employees at all levels are more productive in general when they are in one place for a long time. Longevity is a winner for everyone.

The environment that an employee settles down in is the biggest factor though, and combined with time is a recipe for tremendous productivity. In many cases it takes a move from an environment that lacks support to one that has plenty of it for a career to blossom.

In recruiting we are trying to find the fit that works for the long haul. A truly supportive organization that gives employees the tools they need to be successful long-term has a huge leg up on others, as long as they can show that support and it’s impact on careers.
