Recruiters can’t get too much perspective on negotiation. My A-Number One point from this article is to be willing to walk away. You have to be willing to walk away at some point or some level and you have to know what your walk away point is.

The rest of the perspective here is good, but it’s also easy once you know where you will draw the line and walk.
