In a recent HR Twitter Chat the subject of company culture was brought up. The discussion revolved around the things that most impact or make up a company’s culture.

What really makes a company’s culture is the way the people in it work. A bunch of people doing great work will develop a culture of great work. People doing sloppy work develop a different culture.

What makes the greatest impact? Recruiting people who do great work.
