Recognizing Exceptional Performers

A recruiter’s job is to find people, not necessarily to determine if someone is a top performer or not.

However, hiring managers want to hire exceptional performers and they aren’t always aware of what to look for. So recognizing signs of exceptional performance and passing that along in the process goes a long way toward great hires and great relationships with hiring managers.
