Recruiting Is Not Consulting

You can certainly do both, but recruiting and consulting are not the same thing. They are both about the same thing. Building great companies or building the best company you can.

The important thing is to keep in mind that the purpose is to build a great company. Whether your role is finding the right talent to make that happen or to advise on how to run the business, the goal is the same.
